This is a very special lot of blended varietals (Gesha + Milenio) produced by the Salazar family on their farm “Los Cipreses”, located in Naranjo, Costa Rica. This coffee underwent a meticulous and exact fermentation that, along with the amazing quality of the coffee, resulted in a seriously outstanding cup.
Expect a perfectly clean and silky structure with ultra ripe yellow and tropical fruit sweetness, complimented by intense floral aromatics like oolong tea and a tangy, juicy citric acidity.
