Founded in 2011 by lifelong friends Jeff and Peter, Timbertrain Coffee Roasters began as a vision fueled by a shared entrepreneurial spirit and an unwavering passion for exceptional coffee. What started as a dream between two friends has evolved into a thriving business that is not only dedicated to roasting quality coffee but also to building a community centered around authenticity, transparency, and shared experiences.
At Timbertrain, we believe that coffee is more than just a beverage—it’s a bridge that connects people, cultures, and stories. From the very beginning, our primary focus has been on nurturing relationships. With over a decade of expertise, Timbertrain has expanded to three unique brick-and-mortar locations in Gastown, Grandview-Woodlands, and Port Moody. Each café serves as both a creative space and a welcoming community hub where coffee enthusiasts, neighbors, and friends can gather. Our mission extends beyond simply crafting great coffee—we are committed to creating memorable experiences that bring people together while fostering a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement.
