Our decaf comes from Swiss Water Decaf (based right here in Vancouver!)
We rotate components seasonally but always look for a clean, sweet and balanced cup. In the roast approach we aim for a fully developed, easy to handle profile that can work great as filter or espresso. Expect some milder fruit acidity like apple alongside a concentrated, toffee-like sweetness and round mouthfeel.
